Alex Rowayve is CTO of OPIX Technology. He directs the software engineering and Infrastructure teams, oversees trading technology strategy and technical operations of the company. Prior to joining OPIX Technology, he was a lead quantitative researcher at American Century Investments. Previously, he served as a lead research analyst at Hudson River Trading, focusing on improving upon mathematical and statistical modelling, translate findings into algorithmic trading strategies in the market.

He received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Georgia Institute of Technology.
